Bloggers’ Quilt Festival

Amy's Creative Side

A quilt készítésénél az inspirált, hogy olyan technikát alkalmazzak, amelynél fel tudom használni Édesanyám által készített csipkéket. Igy a drezdai tányért választottam. Ugy gondolom, hogy
ezzel a kombinálással méltó módon megőrzöm ezeket a horgolásokat, akárcsak egy korábbi munkámban .

I was inspired making the quilt to use my mother's laces. So I chose the Dresden plate. I think with this combination I will keep my mother's work, as in my
earlier quilt

Thank you Amy for hosting this festival again!

  11. Hi Lonci,
Your quilt intuitively chooses the very best way to showcase your mother's laces. I have a book on lacemaking: did she do bobbin lace, or needleweaving? Wow! Now you can have them out in the open, on display instead of tucked inside a drawer.
Thanks, too, for commenting on my Blogger's Quilt Festival entry, on my blog Artelicious.
